Greetings! Thanks for stopping by! I am Patrick and welcome to my table! You are invited to join me on my foodie adventures in Portland, OR and where my travels may take me.  Sit down and stay a little while. First, I am an amateur but passionate foodie who loves good, simple food! I enjoy sharing what I’m learning, new recipes, trying new things, and helping anyone who is interested to learn more or just be excited about what can be achieved in their own kitchen with a few basic tools and tricks. Also, I will share my insights about some of my favorite restaurants around Portland and some of my favorite places around the country.
